I'm the therapist behind Kindlight Wellness. As a fellow human, I understand that opening up can be one of the most challenging yet transformative experiences. This is why I aim to bring my genuine self into our sessions to help create a sense of trust and connection from the very beginning. ​​​​
My work is rooted in creating a space where you can be yourself without judgement or pressure. A space that is warm, collaborative, and grounded in meaningful conversation.
I believe that healing and change begin with kindness and curiosity.

My Approach
I use a strengths-based, eclectic (integrative) approach in my therapy work. This means that at the core of our work together, I will use a variety of strategies from different therapeutic modalities to help you find and build on your unique strengths, talents, and resources to overcome challenges and work towards experiencing a more fulfilling and authentic life. ​
